In order to accompany you according to your expectations and the needs of your organization, 4 levels of support are offered.

  • “Telephone Assistance”: your call is answered within 15 minutes by a specialist consultant, on the subject of your request, who will guide you in the first steps to take and the immediate actions to implement.
  • “Support”: following your phone call, within a period of 4 to 6 hours, a consultant can arrive onsite in the role of a supportive observer.
  • “Support +”: according to the context of the crisis, a team of multi-specialists will intervene at your organization.
  • “International”: ATRISC will mobilize its skillset and technical resources to provide you with support for missions on an international scale.
